Do you lack self-compassion? Do you often say negative things about yourself? Perhaps your inner thoughts say that you're stupid or not good enough. This is the class for you!

The first part of the class will focus on how Jesus showed compassion towards others. However, the topics aren’t that of a typical class on compassion. In fact, the weekly topics are a bit unordinary such as the following: competitiveness, anger, in-between states, hatred, servanthood, and shema. You’ll see Christ’s compassion in a whole other light.

The second part of the class will concentrate on how to overcome the grip of the lack of self-compassion. Practical steps and self-discovery on how to break free from self-hatred and embrace yourself as a beloved child of God. Learning Christ's compassion and applying it to your life, is a surefire way to see yourself as Christ sees you. Someone worth dying on the cross for, someone who is loved, and learning through the Holy Spirit to love themselves.
