Our hearts are breaking over the recent mass shooting in Uvalde. As a community of faith, we join Christ in mourning with and for the families who have suffered such a great loss and for the community of Uvalde.
We have set aside Robb Chapel on Friday, May 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for those who would like to spend time in God’s presence praying for those who have been impacted by this devastating event along with those who will walk beside them in community.
We are praying for the God of all comfort to blanket these families and their loved ones in Jesus’ healing love, peace, and grace. We also pray for the Holy Spirit to pour out wisdom and revelation upon our government leaders, teachers, administrators, and educators as they seek to keep our children and students safe from all harm and evil.
